We are seeking a full-time Grounds Team Member to join our regional service team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, national integrated facilities management business. The role will involve supporting clients in and around the Illawarra area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hand mowing and ride on mowing of lawns
  • Lawn edging and hedge trimming
  • Brush cutting and weed control
  • Planting and general grounds maintenance
About You
  • A couple years' experience working in a labourer role, with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Physically fit and able to work with outdoor tools
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Keen for training and development
  • Current Driver's licence and willingness to travel to different locations
Desirable Qualifications
  • Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one)
  • White Card
  • First Aid
  • ChemCert Card (Cert 3)
  • COVID Vaccinations
