**About the role**
- **Provide** exceptional guest service
- **Manage** workload and follow company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant
- **Collaborate** with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns
- **Lead By Example** by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture

**About you**
- **Passion for People**: customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
- **Communication Skills**:strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Adaptability**:ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- **Experience**:at least 2 years restaurant experience and 1 years previous experience in people management
- **Positivity**: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- **Flexibility**:availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
