Dreamworld & WhiteWater World, home to the best thrill rides and the coolest waterslides on the planet, seek to appoint a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team based onsite at Dreamworld.
- Our Service Desk Analyst will provide exceptional customer service, have a strong focus on customer issue resolution and be responsible for the following key duties:
- Record, respond and resolve incidents and requests in a high-volume environment, within agreed SLA's
- Update and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence to allow for accurate incident resolution and efficient service desk operations
- Liaise effectively with wider IT team and external partners
- Available for rostered support on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience providing multi-level support
- Sound knowledge of infrastructure, networking and IT support concepts
- Related tertiary qualifications / certifications (desirable)
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Cherwell and ServiceNow will be highly regarded
- A clear and concise phone manner with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high availability solutions
- Reliable and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to working as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and work on multiple tasks
