Customer Service Consultant (Consumer Auto Finance) – 6 month FTC

The Organisation
This ASX listed alternative lender has a long history of providing award winning products.
Having experienced a period of growth, the organisation is now looking to build out its Asset Finance function.

The Role
With several positions available, this is an exciting time to be joining the organisation.
Reporting to the Product Leaders, this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
You will be using your knowledge of consumer auto lending to provide subject matter expertise across the business, making sure key stakeholders have a trusted knowledge source for their queries.
Key Responsibilities include:
Operational support for this new business line including developing product knowledge and covering all aspects of the product life cycle
Data management
Drive retention strategies including working with customers who are near the end of their term
Manage account closures
Handle complex servicing scenarios such as deceased estate and hardship management
Work closely with cross function teams, providing your novated leasing expertise
Work on continuous improvement activities
About You
You bring to the role 2-4 years Australian experience in the banking and finance sector, including essential experience in consumer auto lending products products.
This could include operations, servicing, and customer support.
Familiarity with data remediation and process improvement will be highly regarded.
As part of your work in auto lending you will be familiar with PPSR and able to handle sensitive and complex customer service scenarios with tact and accuracy.
You are a team player, who is able to work to deadlines, managing competing tasks and has a professional approach to your work and career.
