**Electrical Service Supervisor**

This is a new career opportunity for an Electrical Service Supervisor to join the Industrial Service Division.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will see you responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, resource and material procurement, overseeing multiple jobs and various site teams.

Position duties will include:

- Manage all aspects of service, maintenance and minor projects, reporting status updates to Management in line with company processes
- Running small teams of 4 to 6 people
- Provide strong leadership to the service and minor projects teams, motivate team members to achieve successful outcomes
- Ensure client deliverables are achieved on time, within budget and meet the technical specifications as agreed with the client
- Administrative Reporting - participation of company activities, timesheets, toolbox and staff meetings
- Forward plan work schedules in advance to ensure team efficiency, minimising downtime and ensuring customer service targets are achieved
- Manage QA, Safety & Environmental compliance in line with company and client processes, including preparation of toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings
- Lead and participate in project status meetings, ensure status reports are provided to management and clients in a timely manner
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal team members to achieve outcomes
- Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, counselling and support to continuously develop team members

**What are we looking for?**

This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Electrical Service Supervisor who enjoys leading a team, developing relationships with clients and delivering high quality outcomes.

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

- QLD Electrical Licence, White Card, and CPR/LVR
- Previous experience in Leading Hand or Supervisor role within the industrial sector including:

- Service, Maintenance and minor projects including water treatment facilities, TMR Street Lighting, Industrial Facilities
- Service supervision in an electrical contracting company
- A strong knowledge of the AS3000:2018 and AS3008 wiring rules and amendments.
- Ability to prioritise on the go
- Ability to use Microsoft office products
- Certificate III in Instrumentation - highly regarded
- Water and waste water experience highly regarded
- Open Cabler's licence with fibre optic qualifications and experience - highly beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Promote a safety-first working environment and uphold company standards.

- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask to meet rapidly changing requirements and deadlines.
