The business operates in the SaaS industry providing cutting edge technology and cyber-security solutions for a range of customers.

**About the opportunity**

Your key responsibilities will include;
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Treasury & cashflow management
- Financial modelling
- Capital raising
- Financial accounting & statutory compliance
- Internal controls
- Board reporting & presentations
- Stakeholder management within the ELT and with the core functions of sales, marketing and engineering

**About you**

Key expertise is sought in a number of areas;
- Capital raising for series A/B, ideally within the VC market
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, contribute to a highly entrepreneurial environment and set the strategic direction of the business.
- Influence and provide strategic guidance to the executive team and Founder CEO
- Knowledge and/or experience with a US entity and US GAAP

This role could also suit an aspiring CFO who has held senior positions in start-ups as Head of Finance, VP Finance or Finance Director.
