**About the Role;**

Come and join our growing Strategy & Business Operations team This high-impact and visible role, reporting to Carma's Director of Commercial Strategy, will have a broad mandate and be responsible for developing and driving forward a number of strategic, commercial and business operations initiatives that will support Carma's ongoing decision making and growth.

You will be instrumental in supporting senior leaders by crafting initiatives and owning projects from inception through execution that help build Carma's phenomenal business and drive sustainable long-term revenue growth.

**Responsibilities;**:

- Owning the end-to-end delivery, from definition through to execution, of high-priority and high-impact strategic, commercial and business operations initiatives that sustainably support Carma's long-term growth and expansion, often in partnership with key business leaders
- Driving the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives across the business to reduce inefficiencies and promote growth
- Helping develop, implement and monitor fit for purpose business wide OKRs and reporting frameworks that help identify issues and opportunities across the business
- Undertaking financial and operational analysis to develop insights into business performance and drivers to support decision making and growth
- Researching and monitoring relevant market dynamics and trends with respect to key peers and competitors to help develop any resulting recommendations or actions for Carma

**About You;**:

- Have a minimum of two years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations or equivalent. Startup experience is advantageous
- Be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and proactively, deal with ambiguity and competing priorities, and deliver on multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Be an analytical and strategic problem solver with the ability to break down complexity and take a structured approach to problem solving and decision making
- Have strong proficiency with Excel across both financial and non-financial modelling
- Understand the detail while seeing and communicating the bigger picture through excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Have strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
