Our client
is seeking a
Manager of Strategy & Business Operations
to join a high-impact team that partners closely with product and business leaders across the organisation.

This role sits within the
IT Solutions market
and reports to the Head of Strategy & Business Operations. You'll play a key role in shaping long-term strategy, defining goals, and crafting initiatives that drive sustainable competitive advantage.

What You'll Do:

  • Support business leaders by applying structured problem-solving to complex challenges
  • Drive long-term strategy and lead strategic projects from ideation to execution
  • Identify and size opportunities using financial modelling and develop actionable recommendations
  • Stay close to the pulse of the business, inspire change, and collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, finance, product, marketing, and sales teams

What You Bring:

  • A hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a structured decision-making mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to see both the details and the big picture
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive work independently
  • Experience presenting and debating recommendations at the executive level
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and business writing
  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine enthusiasm for technology

  • Experience in B2B SaaS business models
  • Knowledge of developer, project management, or productivity tools markets
