A 12-month graduate program that includes three, four-month rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation followed by a permanent full-time opportunity

7-part Graduate Learning Series designed to help build your network and acclimatise to corporate life
Exposure to Senior Leaders through "meet & greet" sessions tailored specifically for the graduate program

About the opportunity
Commencing in February 2026, as our Corporate Communications Graduate, you'll complete three four-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.
Step into a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams - like policy, corporate affairs, and community programs - while managing media releases, and engaging with community partners.
Throughout the program, you could be involved with:
Media
Internal Communications
Social Media
You'll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career.
You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more
What you'll need to be successful:
At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background.
To be considered for our program you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or in a relevant discipline
Will have completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years
Creative flair and ability to manage multiple processes working with various stakeholders across the organisation
Eagerness to learn and grow with the business
Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous
Successful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple work locations
