Role responsibilities:
Development of custom reports using data from relevant sources and the ability to reformat information and present it in a legible manner for sharing with a wide audience.
Develop and maintain clearly documented procurement and decommissioning processes in consultation with asset accounting to ensure compliance and diligence during the purchase and replacement of assets.
Build and maintain effective work relationships with clients and stakeholders through liaison and communication with other areas in eHealth Queensland, Hospital and Health Services and other government departments, agencies and suppliers to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels across the organisation.
Manage external vendors and internal client engagement processes including; pricing, quotes, orders, deliveries, client requirements, technical assessments, warranties, replacements, moves and installations according to service level agreements, including cost recovery of purchases through journal recoveries.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Proven experience in the management and use of, or demonstrated capability to quickly acquire knowledge in:

- ServiceNow or similar ITIL compliant tracking systems and ITIL Service Management processes
Microsoft Office Suite
S4/HANA & DSS or other financial systems
Videoconference Management Tools (ie CUCM, Vyopta, TMS)
ITIL
Proven experience in development of processes and procedures and ability to engage others in implementation of those procedures and policies.
Proven ability to manage the lifecycle of a large asset fleet including additions, removals, changes and stocktaking, whilst providing purchasing and procurement support to the business.

Specific Working Conditions:
Participation in on-call and after-hours arrangements, as required, in the provision and maintenance of services. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
QLD Purchasing Level 1 or 2 Certification would be highly regarded.
