Job Title: Asset Management Officer

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our asset management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing asset transfers, and coordinating with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all purchase orders on a daily basis
  • Update assets in Maximo on a daily basis
  • Manage asset transfers, changes, new asset setup, and disposals in Maximo
  • Raise purchase orders for capital expenditures as required
  • Onboard and train new suppliers
  • Compile data and complete monthly reports

Requirements:

  • Significant administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • High-level attention to detail
  • Experience using applications such as Oracle and Microsoft Office (preferred)
