**Automation Flow Manager**

Our Fulfilment Centre (FC) Operations team is made up of four core departments - Inventory, Outbound, Inbound and Marketplace - operating around the clock to ensure our customers receive their products in great condition and quickly. Our FC is equipped with active pick towers, ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System) and the AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots).

**A bit about the role **

It will also involve the following:

- Responsible for the daily work flow through the Automated Storage and Retrieval System and the Autonomous Mobile Robots, and work closely with the manual operations team.
- Act as the systems super user who is responsible for monitoring multiple systems and platforms to ensure our service delivery to our customers.
- A workflow planner responsible for ensuring customer orders meet service delivery deadlines, managing cost control through KPI management to meet and exceed the budget set by the business.
- Drive the safety culture in my department, ensuring my people are trained in their role, and are performing the role effectively and to provide a safe working environment.
- Data driven and use analytics to help optimise daily workflow operation.
- Competent in being the first point of contact for any performance related issues or concerns with the onsite automation and can effectively triage information to the right people.
- Act as a role model, trusted and respected by team members and leaders alike.
- Have the ability to look holistically at your individual team's needs and our business goals and adjust daily plans to accommodate both.
- A confident and capable leader, taking full responsibility for leading and mentoring my team.

- Experience in a similar role with experience in flow planning and optimisation
- Strong system and Leadership experience from working in warehousing environments.
- Strong attention to detail, monitoring trends and systems.
- Ability to have difficult conversations and have experience in stakeholder management.
- Reliable and able to be flexible with my time as per business needs.
