**Duties include**:

- Welcome patients and visitors
- Create and update patient records
- Answer incoming telephone calls on a busy switchboard
- Data entry and document management (scanning, faxing and filing)
- Schedule patient appointments and testing results

- Showcases initiative and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Remains calm when working under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

**Role Requirements**:

- Driver's licence and access to vehicle
- Sensitive to private and confidential information
- Working knowledge of various technology, including Microsoft Office
