The GIANTS' AFL and AFL Women's teams are based at the club's elite training and administration facility in Sydney Olympic Park, with GIANTS Netball based adjacent at Netball Central.

**Description**:
Reporting to the Head of Finance this role is responsible for performing accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions for the GIANTS Football Club and associated entities. In addition to accounts payable this role will be pivotal in our payroll processing each month.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the Payroll implemenation of a new system (ELMO) and ongoing payroll processing
Manage the accounts payable process and all associated reconciliations
Corporate credit cards & employee expenses - manage process through Zeno, checking approvals & uploading
Manage invoice approval process through Exflow
Assistance with debt collection when required
Assistance with annual year-end audit
Ad hoc tasks to backup Finance team members as required
**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience with Payroll and/or Accounts Payable required
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, financial administration and GST related issues
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate well with all levels of a business
Experience with multiple cost centres and allocation against budgets
Strong computer skills including MS Excel, experience with ELMO Payroll and/or MS Dynamics 365 preferred
Demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
