QC Comms are leaders in the Telecommunications optical fibre and wireless technology industry with offices located in NSW, QLD, ACT and VIC.

**Role and Purpose**
The role has arisen due to a parental leave cover requirement for 6 months and sits within our Wireless mobiles team. You'll be assisting the Project Engineers to deliver a range of 4G/5G mobile deployment projects, green field sites and upgrades across various clients.
The scope of work includes the planning and execution of civil works, wireless technical installations, and supply of professional services.
More specifically some of your duties will involve:
- Providing access to site locations working through mobile operator site access procedures.
- Site construction planning and scheduling including project management plans.
- Management of civil construction and rigging / technical resources in client databases.
- Ensuring resources are compliant to role requirements.
- Organising and scheduling training for field and office staff.
- Project and contract milestones management.
- Management of materials and material forecasts/ordering.
- Coordination of plant and equipment such as EWP/Cranes.
- Management of client interface and reporting.
- Completion and submission of Handover Packs and project documentation.
- Ensuring contractor resources are progressively completing the work and liaise to track daily production and resource allocation.
- Oversight of project quality.

- 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator (telecommunications industry preferred)
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills

- Capability to perform basic accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Strong drive to meet deadlines with a detailed outcome.
