Proactive Reporting Administrator urgently required by Global mining company

**Your new role**

You will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of a range of significant and exciting projects with access to training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
You will be working as an integral part of a brand new team and will be responsible for responding to enquiries from internal stakeholders, providing day to day technical support as well as developing resources and conducting training.

You will;
- Transform raw data to provide insights, reports, visualisations, and forecasts.
- Identify sources of data for existing and new reports.
- Work closely with the internal clients to define what would add value to existing reports.
- Translate data needs into actionable insights
- Critically evaluating and screening data, and profiling to identify issues.
- Proactive self-starter with strong time management abilities.
- Supporting forward-looking finance activities including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to relay information in a simple and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong internal/external stakeholder relationships
- The ability to work as a self-directed member of a team
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Willing to travel between locations as required (within Perth Metro area)
- Experience with Power BI and SQL is preferred
- Vocational or tertiary qualification is highly regarded
