Medical Reports Production Lead

The Medical Reports Production team is responsible for delivering high-quality medical reports. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production of medical reports ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Provide technical support and oversight to the team.
  • Manage corrective action, process improvement, and auditing projects.
  • Coordinate training for the production team and consultants.
  • Maintain the high standard and reputation of a market leader.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in independent medical reporting within a personal injury and/or accident compensation setting.
  • Strong business administration skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to formulate Permanent Impairment assessments.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
