Milton Eyecare is a proudly independent optometry practice centrally located on the fringe of the CBD, in Brisbane's inner-west. We have been committed to providing quality eye care to the Brisbane community for over 30 years.

You will be a part of a team that are passionate about beautiful eyewear and have a strong clinical focus on providing advanced optometry services.

- Motivated and driven optical dispenser or medical receptionist looking to progress their career into a leadership role within a private optometry setting, or
- Someone with existing practice management experience.
- Remuneration for all our team is above award, and will be in line with the experience of the applicant.

- Exhibit excellent customer service skills, communication and attention to detail
- Have excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Bring an enthusiastic, positive work ethic as well as a supportive and motivating manner towards colleagues.
- Be comfortable leading a team, prioritising tasks and upholding practice procedures.
- Be proficient with computer systems (eg, Google workspace, Microsoft Office, practice management software - Optomate Touch preferable).
- Reception and administrative duties including taking phone calls, handling enquiries, booking patient appointments and processing payments and claims.
- Direct clinical patient care such as pre-testing and other diagnostic imaging
- 2 years or more experience within an optical/medical/ophthalmology setting or in a boutique retail sales setting.
