Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a pool cleaner maintenance technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing robotic pool cleaners, and assisting with sales and stock management.

This is a casual position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. If you are a hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with technology, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both trade customers and end users
  • Diagnose and repair robotic pool cleaners using advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Assist with sales and stock management, including receiving deliveries and processing orders
  • Maintain good visual merchandising and store presentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a high degree of written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to learn about new products and services and communicate their features and benefits to customers
  • Basic computing skills and the ability to operate point-of-sale software
  • A willingness to work with your hands and get dirty, with the ability to lift up to 25kg

Work Arrangements

This position is available on a casual basis, with a typical shift duration of 8 hours per day. You will be required to work a variable schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
