We are hiring a
Data Center Security Manager
to oversee physical security at our Melbourne Data Center. Responsibilities include managing on-site physical security, access control systems, guard force management, security metrics reporting, audits, and incident reporting.
You will ensure compliance with international standards such as SOC1, SOC2, and ISO27001, implement new security processes, and uphold Amazon policies regarding security guarding, media security, CCTV, and customer data protection.
Building relationships with internal and external partners will be key to maintaining and enhancing security. You will coordinate security services, site surveys, investigations, risk assessments, supervise security personnel and contractors, and monitor vendor performance.

Manage security operations at an AWS Data Centre
Direct contract guard force operations
Manage security incidents and conduct investigations
Support business continuity during crises and emergencies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in physical security operations
Knowledge of physical security systems, investigation techniques, and security guard management
Experience managing security in complex environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in high-security environments
Conflict resolution training
