Person required to do wash up of utensils and cleaning of cooking equipment and filtering hot oil from deep fryers and hosing down floors. Job starts at approximately 6pm and takes about 4 to 5 hours to complete.

Job is shared with another person so you may be able to swap shifts occasionally. Job is for 2- 3 nights a week, currently mid week but can discuss. Need to be reliable and physically capable. The wash up and hosing part of the job is quite easy. The filtering of the hot oil in the fryers is the hard bit and requires the lifting of 20 litre drums of hot oil into a filter cone and re poured back into fryer.

You can start training immediately. Should only take 2 nights to learn.

$35 per hour. You will be left alone in the business at night and be leaving the job at around 10:30 to 11 pm so consider this. Preference given to local people as public transport to Manly is not great.
