Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
  • Train, manage, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with cash handling, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably in a takeaway or fast-food environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
