Fish Shop Cleaning

The primary responsibility of this role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our fish shop.

Key tasks include washing utensils, cleaning cooking equipment, filtering hot oil from deep fryers, and ensuring floors are thoroughly cleaned.

This is a part-time position requiring 2-3 nights of work per week, ideally during mid-week hours.

Due to limited public transportation in Manly, preference will be given to local applicants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing utensils and equipment
  • Filtering and disposing of used oil
  • Ensuring floor areas are clean and tidy

Essential Requirements:

  • Reliability and physical capability to perform tasks
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Training and Support:

New staff members can begin training immediately and should only require 2 nights to become proficient in their duties.

Compensation:

$35 per hour
