We are looking for an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to lead the effective management and day-to-day operations of all aspects of a Deadly Ponies boutique in Armadale.

A focus on supporting the Multi-Site Manager to lead and train the team, drive sales and elevate the customer experience through outstanding in-store and omni-channel service.

You will contribute to all daily operations including fulfilling online orders, stock transfers, visual merchandising with a focus on customer consulting and clienteling to reach sales targets and increase brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Multi-Site Manager to deliver the monthly and annual retail and online targets.

Support the in store team to ensure each team member feels supported to achieve in their roles and to provide the most professional in-store experiences in store. Train in sales skills and conversion of customers for high price point, premium product.

Ensure all operations in store are efficient working closely with the Allocator on the transfer and rotation process for the best possible outcome of stock width and depth by store to enable stores to capitalise on all sales opportunities.

Ensure all online channels are being supported through timely and accurate fulfilment from the online hub and serviced via omni channel methods whether via Live Chat or in store to help achieve online sales targets.

Engage in the clientelling process across the store network ensuring VIP customers are recognised and maintained to the highest standard.

Support all seasonal and launch operations for retail aligned to the annual retail calendar.

Ensure all store aesthetics and environments are consistently maintained including flowers, cleaning, visual merchandising (in collaboration with the Visual Merchandise Lead) and any store maintenance is attended to in a timely manner.

Work closely with the NZ Regional Manager and the NZ based retail management team along with E-Commerce/Digital, Merchandise Planning, Marketing, Design and Supply Chain to work towards the best possible outcomes for Australian retail.

You will bring to this role;
1-2 years assistant management experience for a premium brand

People management experience

Sales and clientelling skills in a luxury or premium environment

Excel and Google docs skills
