**The Opportunity**

Every person at Icon plays an important role in delivering exceptional care to patients. And as
**The Head of Digital Marketing** on a
**full-time**
**24 month contract** based in our
**South Brisbane **office, you'll join a truly connected and talented team.

You'll lead the delivery of Icon's digital marketing transformation program, driving the establishment of the program's technology framework and developing marketing pathways that ensure expected growth and enhance digital experiences for our patients, customers and employees.

- Leading and implementing a global digital marketing strategy that supports a true omni-channel approach to patient and customer engagement
- Driving the development of the patient CRM and marketing automation program with a view to early-stage lead generation, expanding into deep digital touchpoint evolution across the patient and customer journey
- Creating strong strategic programs that manage growth ambitions across key digital business tools developed
- Leading and driving a strong data-led program of digital content development, with a strategic approach to leveraging content across the full breadth of our patient and customer journey
- Identifying and engaging the business to embrace digital opportunities to enhance the patient and customer experience

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- At least 10 years experience in senior digital marketing roles, leading high-performance teams in the implementation of digital marketing and engagement strategies
- Superior analytical performance and optimisation understanding, with demonstrated achievement in revenue growth via lead generation programs
- Deep experience evolving digital marketing programs
- Have a key interest in working for an organisation that focuses on providing quality patient care
