We are recruiting a permanent full-time position as a Tenders and Grants Officer.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to develop proposals, budgets, and conduct research.- Draft tenders and review all tender documentation.- Support final review and submission of tenders.- Undertake research and identify evidence and data to support service models.- Collate and analyze data to inform grant and tender proposals.- Contribute to maintaining systems and processes to support tender identification, preparation, and notifications, including updating the database and workspaces.- Ensure compliance with tender and grant conditions and deliver high-quality submissions on time.- Develop and maintain relationships with service delivery staff and management to ensure that all required materials are prepared.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field.- Experience in tender writing or writing at a professional level.- Communication and listening skills with diverse groups, including practitioners, funding bodies, and community partners, including a high level of written communication skills.- A good understanding of the current government funding environment.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage simultaneous projects, and thrives under deadlines.- Can-do attitude and problem solver, ability to integrate and synthesize information, a drive for excellence and innovation, not afraid to learn new skills and take calculated risks, results-driven.-
- An understanding of research and service design principles and practices (could be acquired on the job).
