We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Advisor to join our Service Delivery team in Melbourne for a 6-month fixed term contract. As an advisor, you will be the frontline hero, offering technical assistance and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to our Business Support Specialists (Level 2 Support) when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist with system navigation, user account setup, password resets, and solve basic technical issues using established guidelines.
- Incident Management: Document interactions, manage support tickets per SLAs, and escalate complex issues to Level 2 Support with detailed information.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships, keep customers updated, and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
- Knowledge Management: Contribute to our knowledge base with FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and document common issues and resolutions for team efficiency.
