Garum is a restaurant on the Perth dining scene and Guy Grossi's first foray into Western Australia. Using the inspiration of ancient Rome to explore cooking techniques, traditions and culture and executed with a contemporary edge, Garum will bring a unique concept to the Hibernian Place precinct.
We are currently seeking a passionate industry professional for the role of Team Leader. This role is service focused and guest facing, whilst assisting the management team in overseeing the staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. In addition to this, the role will assist with the development of the wine list and keeping our 100 strong list fresh and relevant and assisting with staff training.
This is a dynamic and challenging role with plenty of career development opportunities. The restaurant seats 130 guests and the service is high quality and professional, a perfect extension of the Grossi brand who is renowned for exceptional service across all of its venues. You will receive expert training and excellent work conditions.
For the Team Leader role we are seeking a professional displaying the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in supervisor / team leader positions
- Exceptional food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- have an understanding of cost of goods and pricing
- Able to maintain stock control and have experience with invoicing
- Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Have an eye for detail
- Able to work within a team
- Be innovative but still follow direction
- Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
