To succeed as a server at Garum, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, managing multiple tables and priorities
• Familiarity with wine and beverage service
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
