We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing Elite team in Melbourne.
You will be managing our clients' online marketing activity, building and implementing marketing strategies, and optimising towards the clients' business goals and KPIs.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Elite team.
In this role, you will manage our client's online marketing activities, build and implement marketing strategies, and optimize their business goals and KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day client relationships, both locally and globally, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and Hands-On ongoing campaign managements across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, DV360, native platforms etc.) to achieve client goals and KPIs.
Conduct performance analysis, AB testing, and optimization to maximize ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.
Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform and enhance digital strategies.
Analyze client websites to identify opportunities for improving conversion rate (CR) performance.
Create and present PowerPoint presentations to clients, providing insights and performance analysis of their campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and refine digital marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
Strong client management experience with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
2 Years of proven track record in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field.
Excellent communication skills in English –
Must
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Adept at technology and experienced in data analysis and reporting.
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and proactively initiate growth.
Customer service-oriented with a knack for building lasting customer relationships.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
