Job Overview
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality care to older Aboriginal clients in a culturally responsive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical practice and support staff development
Contribute to continuous quality improvement within aged care programs
Perform general nursing responsibilities to support holistic, person-centred care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Demonstrated experience in aged care and/or community nursing, ideally in an Aboriginal health context
Strong leadership, mentoring, and clinical decision-making skills
Cultural awareness and understanding of the health issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
