**About the Role**

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for guests while handling any inquiries or issues that may arise during the night. Your commitment to excellent customer service will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Manage guest arrivals, departures and reservations ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest enquiries and requests promptly while resolving complaints efficiently.
- Perform cashiering tasks, including foreign currency exchange, payments, and check-outs accurately.
- Support the Landing Place Restaurant team with various tasks, as required
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of public and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with maintaining security of the hotel and its guests and be familiar with emergency procedures.
- Comply with health & safety regulations and company policies to ensure guest satisfaction, safety & security.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferred.
- Proficiency in Opera hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
