**Accountabilities include**: - Coordinate, compile, edit and process the division's executive and ministerial correspondence, briefing notes, parliamentary requests and other correspondence relating to the division in a timely and effective manner.
- Prioritise incoming documents and relay promptly to divisional action officers for the preparation of draft replies in accordance with corporate standards and protocols.
- Monitor the standard of divisional correspondence for timeliness, content and standards in accordance with government and departmental policies. Monitor responses for these issues and negotiate changes as necessary.
- Liaise, consult and maintain effective relationships with team members, and internal and external clients.
- Deliver tasks and activities individually or as a team member, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines within quality and time constraints.
- Participate in capability development activities required to perform efficiently and effectively in the role, and assist other team members to develop new capabilities as required.
- Monitor systems and processes to ensure the division meets deadlines for executive and ministerial correspondence.
- Actively participate in performance conversations to build and support a culture of performance improvement.
