About the Role Join us as a Customer Relationship Executive and become a key player in managing relationships with Origin's top high-value business customers.
This is a frontline role in a fast-paced inbound contact environment, designed to deliver a premium service experience.
You'll be part of a dynamic team that takes ownership and accountability for getting things right, ensuring customer satisfaction across the entire journey.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value business customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and concerns.
Resolve complex customer issues through collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, and generate insights through data analysis.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving customer-centric strategies.
About You Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a B2B environment managing high-value clients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team culture and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and team development.
Proficient in CRM systems; knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
