**The Company**
Join this ASX Listed infrastructure group, where you would play a significant HR role in supporting the employee lifecycle of over 2000 staff. An integral team in supporting onboarding and general day-to-day HR matters, this organisation has in place contemporary HR technology and systems to achieve consistent operational excellence.

**The Role**
As the HR Service Consultant, reporting directly into the HR Services Lead, you will:

- Provide the highest quality service to internal and external stakeholders via multiple communication channels.
- Provide Tier 1 support, serving as the first point of contact for employee queries. This will include coordinating with the wider HR Team to provide practical, accurate and timely resolutions.
- Assist with the onboarding and appointment of new employees by preparing accurate and timely documentation and assisting with checks required.
- Manage organisational changes and employee data.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure daily service targets are achieved

**Skills and Experience**
The successful applicant will have:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus and drive to exceed customer expectations.
- Previous experience working in an HR support or administration role, ideally in a corporate environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Sound administration skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
