Tandem turned 10 in 2021 There has been a lot to celebrate and we can boldly claim that we have helped over 2500 HR professionals find new roles since the beginning of Tandem time. For that we are beyond proud. We have also employed 35 talented individuals to join us over the years, many of which are still with us, some of which we have facilitated career moves for. We have very strong tenure and a connected alumni. We have forged and nurtured industry partnerships, contributed to HR forums and shared valuable insights. As People & Culture practices continue to evolve and the demand for talented HR professionals shows no sign of slowing, we are excited as to what the future holds.

We'd love to expand the team - it's no secret that the HR recruitment market is a little busy at the moment We'd love to hear from you if you are a Recruitment Consultant motivated to join us in a role that will combine your recruitment skills and your curiosity, passion and interest in HR. As a Tandem Partners Consultant, you will join a committed, super experienced and passionate crew, you'll hone your craft and partner with an array of premium clients to source, qualify and place HR talent in early - mid professional roles.

You will be well supported with the best tools, professional development and a team determined to help you succeed. And we do like to celebrate You'll never have to celebrate a birthday at work again... During Summer you'll enjoy 'Summer Hours' on a Friday and you will also have access to a number of Tandem perks, treats and further benefits that allow balance and flexibility.

You will also be rewarded with a generous salary package ranging from $80,000 to$90,000.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline and a keen interest in HR
- Practical end-to-end recruitment or resourcing experience, preferably within a recruitment firm environment
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines... naturally
- A high level of business acumen and strong learning agility.
