Front of House (FOH) ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic restaurant manager to lead our team and ensure a positive dining experience for both our guests and team members.Responsibilities include:Overseeing all aspects of daily operation managementManaging staff, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementQuality control, inventory management, ordering supplies, and building relationships with suppliersFinancial management, including driving revenue and forecasting labor and inventory needsImplementing staff incentives and standardsCustomer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and building positive relationshipsAchieving restaurant and bar human resource objectives by recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling staffThese tasks must be performed and meet Boston Pizza standards of quality and control.What does a successful Front of House Manager look like?
Leads by example and works shoulder to shoulder with team members, coaching in the momentDriven by professional development opportunities, consistently seeking new learning and skill-building momentsAchieves goals through strong organizational skills and effective time managementBuilds relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team membersCommitted to championing the Foundations of Hospitality, Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food SafetyCommunicates effectively, sharing goals and challenges, and continuously coaching the team for progressMaintains a positive demeanor and thrives in a fast-paced environmentSkills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry; previous management experience is an assetStrategic planning and training skillsManaging profitabilityQuality controlLeadership and teamworkProblem-solving skillsSalary:60-80K depending on experience, including a semi-annual bonusBenefits include management discounts, health insurance, and tip outs3-month probation period
