**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic team players to join the Teaching Quality & Impact (TQI) directorate. These roles are vital in supporting several business units within the directorate in providing talent acquisition solutions and services that enable a high-performance workforce.

Reporting to the Manager, TQI Workforce; the Recruitment Partner works as part of an embedded Recruitment team providing support to hiring managers within the directorate with end-to-end talent acquisition services, including but not limited to; advertising, shortlisting and interviewing functions that enable a high-performance workforce that meets ongoing unit and directorate needs.

This includes managing the prioritisation of timely HR and recruitment advice to hiring managers in a high work volume environment, whilst ensuring recruitment and employment related actions and decisions are compliant with Government legislation and Department policies and guidelines.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services, preferably in a NSW Government sector
- Strong working knowledge of public sector employment conditions and entitlements which affect recruitment
- Strong organisation skills and thrives working in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines
- Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check), or willingness to acquire one
