**What's the opportunity?**
We are on the hunt for an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join the team in **Docklands**
Working closely with the Fleet and Corporate Sales Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Pricing / quote requests
- Online Order acceptance (where Applicable)
- Manage relationships with Key Stakeholders with each of our Corporate Partners.
- Ensure everything is being done to convert quotes to deals and maintain a high conversion ratio.
- Gain feedback on pricing, product fit for purpose and ancillary services we can provide to assist in closing the deal from the FMO/Customer
- Organize evaluations vehicles during business hours and weekends if required.
- Utilize best practice selling skills to close Deals and receive credit card deposits via telephone
**About you**
To be successful, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:
- Experience in a similar client facing / customer service role
- Experience Working in a Team Environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Sound knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and the competitive consumer landscape
- Understanding of the sale process
