**A day in the life of...**

Reporting into the State Field Sales Manager You will be given the room to build your own effective relationships as well as support from the team to assist you to develop and grow your territory.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Servicing and managing of an existing customer base
- Coach & develop merchandiser team
- Delivering to sales KPI's
- Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.
- This role will include a fully maintained tool of trade, phone and tablet.
- **You will need to be flexible as there will be a regional stay involved**- The territory does have a regional area to service (Albany region). Approx 3 nights every 8 to 12 weeks.**

- You will be outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationship with our various Supermarket customers.
- You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with customers.
- As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.
