Sales Territory Manager

Establish a thriving sales territory by driving the sale and distribution of wine across Western Australia.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with strong industry connections and a genuine passion for wine.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrow independent retail accounts and increase presence in the on-premise channel.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets and executing promotional strategies.
Represent wine brands at trade events and activations, undertaking regional travel as per the call cycle.
Accurately and efficiently complete all administration requirements of the territory.
This role reports directly to the State Sales Manager SA/WA/NT and is supported by a passionate and collaborative national team.
Requirements and QualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in the wine or beverage industry.
Proven sales success in FMCG, with at least 3 years' experience.
Strong territory management and business planning capabilities.
A positive, solution-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trade-level relationships (retail and on-premise).
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
A current driver's licence.
