Experienced Section Waiters, food runners and hostsWe are looking for an experienced and friendly section waiter, with experience in a busy yet refined dining experience.
As a waiter you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, by guiding them through our menu by Michelin star chef Matt Lambert and our extensive wine list curated by master sommelier, Cameron Douglas.
This role is for 30-38 hours per week, however part time roles are also available for those interested.To be successful in this role you will need to:have a minimum of 1 year experience as a section waiterHave weekend availabilityhave excellent customer service and a high service standardbe warm and personable, with a passion for delivering memorable customer experienceshave excellent personal presentationhave basic wine knowledgebe fluent in Englishbe a team playerOther roles available (apply through this ad)Host - casual (10-25 hrs p/w)Food runner - casual or full time (20-35 hrs p/w)A subterranean haven offers intimate booth seating, paying homage to the original Cole's Cafeteria.
