About the Role We're looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support clients in 24/7 care in the Outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne - Ferntree Gully, Balwyn, Ringwood.You'll support clients who feel most comfortable with clear boundaries, structured routines, and clear communication.
You'll need to be assertive and calm under pressure, while also being encouraging and understanding.
