Reporting to the Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of wholesale order and client relationship management. This role is dedicated to the growth and efficient operation of the wholesale business in Oceania across brand and product categories, supporting the development of the

brand and its position in the marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Work with your Manager, Director, Merchandising & Wholesale on wholesale assortments and customer buy plans.
- Provide day-to-day support to wholesale customer enquiries; manage wholesale after-sales service.
- Oversee all aspects of wholesale order management, processing and follow up.
- Conduct twice-annual Wholesale Showrooms to review assortments with key accounts and sell-in to specialty accounts.
- Consistently monitor wholesale performance and seek opportunities to improve sales.
- Liaise with HK Merchandise Management, Allocation and Supply Chain team to ensure customer in-store dates and order fill rates are met and appropriately communicated between all stakeholders.

**To be successful, we are looking for**:

- Excellent product sensibility and retail experience within Merchandising.
- Customer, marketplace and product expert.
- Strong presentation and clear and proactive communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Highly organised, detail oriented and accurate.
- Experience in volume wholesale, luxury goods is highly desirable.
- Systems proficient: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of wholesaling experience.
