As the Head Office team, we pride ourselves on providing a second-to-none service across multiple business facets to our franchisees as they move through their small business ownership journeys.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Pinot & Picasso are searching for an ambitious and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the wider digital marketing team with the planning, execution and ongoing optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other popular platforms.**

**DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Implementing campaign optimisations across Google, Meta, TikTok and other popular platforms, as directed by the digital account managers**
- **Assistance with the rollout of seasonal digital marketing brand campaigns**
- **Regular campaign quality checks across multiple platforms and accounts**
- **Management of marketing enquiry inbox, including liaising directly with franchisees**
- **Curation of advert mockups in Facebook's Creative Hub, for use across national and local campaigns**
- **Contribution to the innovation of traffic-driving growth strategies to increase website visitors and improve on-site user experience**
- **Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results and keep up-to-date with industry changes**
- **Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry**
- **Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience**

**DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field**
- **Basic/beginner-level knowledge of popular digital marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics**
- **Highly creative with strong analytical abilities**
- **Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills**
- **Willingness and desire to stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing**
