We're a vertical retailer with over 70 stores Australia-wide and a Support Office based in Alexandria, NSW. Our team here provides both hands-on support to the Retail function, as well as strategic direction to the overall business.

We are currently searching for a Retail Stock Administrator with the following attributes:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Execution of ad hoc allocation process (in AP21) using Allocation Plan created by Junior Merchandiser
- Executing ad hoc stock pushes following actions from Monday Trade
- Manage Model Stock Levels for all stores & products in conjunction with Merch team
- Monitoring the allocation of all product to stores/concessions and ensure quick and timely responses to any stock issues
- Management of core replenishment lines at size level
- Management of Stock Request Portal
- Management of retail stock admin Inbox
- Follow up logistics requests from store
- Organize and communicate stock consolidations between stores
- Analyse and follow up on consolidations
- Be the main point of communication with our retail stores
- Work closely with National Operations manager, State and Area Business Managers to resolve stock questions
- Review Omni channel stock & Floor to door orders

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in retail sales industry & easy adapt to fast paced environment
- Strong excel and analytical skills
- Detail-orientated
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills - culture fit essential
- Highly organised and uses initiative
- Multi-tasking ability and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve and deliver creative and functional solutions and ideas
- Proactive approach to work and the ability to work autonomously
- Possess sound commercial acumen
- Energetic and motivated team player
