Full-Time Retail Stock Coordinator

As a Stock Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our retail environment.Key responsibilities include:
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers with product queries and performing transactions on POS.
  2. Stock Management: Receive stock upon delivery, escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when necessary, process stock (soft & hard tagging, handling and folding), merchandise replenishment, and assist management with stock dates to ensure timely processing.
  3. In-Store Operations and Visual Merchandising: Ensure all merchandise is presented as per the VM guide at all times, correctly placed, hung, and folded.
  4. Workplace Health and Safety: Exercise a duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner in accordance with safe work practices and reporting incidents in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Articulate problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Stock/administrative retail background
  • Team player
  • Passion for the brand and culture
