**Building Assessor/Inspectors** to join their team. As the Building Assessor/Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and inspections of
**residential buildings across Queensland** to determine their condition, compliance with regulations, and potential risks.
**About the role**:
- Conduct detailed inspections of buildings to determine their condition and potential risks.
- Identify and assess any defects, damage, or safety hazards, and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Ensure that all buildings are in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on building assessments and inspections, including detailed findings and recommendations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in building codes and regulations.
**About you**:
- Proven experience in building assessment, inspection, or a related field.
- Builders license will be highly desired
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and building assessment software.
