Direct message the job poster from OMD Australia Responsibilities Use expert knowledge and senior media relationships to uncover innovative insights & provide points of view and thought leadership to wider the team Monitor team\'s communication with media partners, in particular their briefing and feedback to ensure it\'s timely, consistent and constructive Act as the custodian of all team processes and supporting documentation that relate to Media Implementation best practice Build value adding relationships with media owners, internal stakeholders, auditors and relevant clients Preparation of negotiation documents and monitor all financial commitments to media Arrangement of meeting, preparation of WIP reports, compilation of deal tracking and financial administration, campaign monitoring, buying and post analysis processes Consistently deliver of all campaign objectives in accordance with approved media plan Qualifications Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of Citrix Applications Experience negotiating deals to meet client expectations within budget Understanding of commercial arrangements with all clients Strong attention to detail, experience managing workflow and delegating tasks across the team Ability to lead and develop capability amongst a team of high performers Be informed and able to discuss media trends and current industry issues Strong relationship builder at a senior level Understanding of buying systems and utilising data to drive audience-based buying Benefits Access to top tier clients and complex business challenges Continuous development through our mixed learning approach All the tools, equipment and mentors you need to be successful in your role Our organisation encourages diversity, supports charities and environmental initiatives We have a bright, open plan and dog friendly office (we love our furry friends) We encourage and fully support flexible working Parental leave About us Come and work for one of Australia's best employers
