Overview

We are one of Australia's leading large media agencies delivering high impact campaigns across TV, radio, print, OOH and other traditional media channels. Based in Central Sydney, we partner with a diverse mix of clients spanning retail, FMCG and travel. Our culture is collaborative and results‑driven. We are seeking a Media Investment Manager (ATL) to join our growing team and help deliver best in class ATL media campaigns.

Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

Location and working model

Sydney CBD with hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
  • Manage ATL media planning and buying across a range of clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and develop media strategies that achieve measurable results.
  • Negotiate with media owners to secure optimal rates and placements.
  • Monitor market trends and audience insights to inform media plans.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns integrate with digital and other channels.
Qualifications and experience
  • Proven experience in ATL media planning and buying within an agency environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and established relationships with media owners.
  • Thorough understanding of TV, radio, print, OOH and other traditional media.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple client projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
